Two of our housemates are moving. We are looking for two awesome housemates to share this large beautiful heritage house 2 minutes from downtown Nelson.
The two bedrooms are available September 1.
Rent is $550/mo (utilities, internet included). The lease agreement is on a 1 year basis, so you would sign a lease until Sept 1, 2016. The house is close to bus routes for students going to school at Selkirk Collage in Nelson as well as the Castlegar Campus.
The house is older, but it is big a bright. We all keep relatively busy, but our house is quiet and relaxed. There is room for storage of a bike or snowboard/skis. It's a great location and has an amazing view of the lake and mountains off our back deck which is also great for BBQ's. We are not a crazy party house, just some lovely ladies living together.
