One of our housemates is moving. We are looking for another great female housemate, preferably a mature student, to replace her to share a large beautiful old house downtown Nelson.
Your room is available July 1.
Rent is $575/mo (utilities, laundry, internet included). Applicant may be offered an additional lease (Sept-May) if appropriate.
This is not a party house! This is a quiet house, a great location and an amazing view off our back deck of the lake and mountains.

The owners (married) live in the separate basement suite below us and are great landlords.
